Not much going on to be honest, rare child-free weekend so some study and DIY trying to figure out our ridiculous plumbing, and an unexpected hangover this morning.

I've been trying this year to reduce my drinking, I know that sounds like I'm a raging alcoholic, I'm not but neither could I honestly claim to be under the 14 units a week recommendation. Too easy to get in a habit of carrying on after some wine with dinner, for example, and God knows how I got through the uni years, if i'd died they wouldn't have embalmed me. So anyway we went for a meal and I guess I am now officially soft as a few glasses of vino and a beer and I was hitting the ibuprofen at 5am!

I'm not much of a drinker myself, I enjoy the odd beer and whiskey and coke but that's about it. When we went to the beer experience in Bruges I got a little tipsy on the sampler beers we had. And that was only about four small (but strong) beers.

Hey Johnny, is the tinkering offer still available for the Seagull? I think the focus is off at infinity and I'm also still not sure if the shutter is running right.

Got this little oddball today. Canon Sure Shot A1, been after one for a while, a little rough around the edges but seems functional. Probably won't be putting it under water but it'll hold up to some rain once I clean the seals.
