People driving in the fog with no lights on! How stupid can you be? Also people who bimble at 50 then when you overtake them they suddenly spring to life and come flying past

people who drive with their fog light on when it's misty. fog lights are for fog and not just lowish visibility. the worst ever is the tozzers who drive with their rear fog lights on when its raining.
