Basket....Too early to be discussing today's race mate.
However just a small point, yes Ducati's test track. However the frame is new on the GP6 plus the Bridgestone's are still developing as are all of the other tyre manufacturers. To suggest that all of those elements were already keyed in before Ducati arrived at the circuit this week is crazy talk. No-one else out there would have pushed the winner as much as the second place guy did,but no-one! Every one of the leading players made mistakes at various times today. Sete admitted his later which did not help his cause any. Pick someone from that top 5 now for your winner of the championship, Sete might feature, but he aint gonna win it. |

Good days racing yesterday. Thoroughly enjoyed MotoGP, good rides from Hayden and Capirossi (after an awfull start), shame Loris didn't get the win (IMHO).
THought the Ducatis looked great in that livery too. Also in BSB, why can Leon only beat Lavilla when hes got Kiyonari in front of him |

I think the fact the CV is on a Suzuki, which we all know needs a fair bit of development yet, allows a bit of leeway. It gives him a good opportunity to get to know the new circuits too.
Casey was bloody lucky yesterday! Good show by Team KR too I thought. |

Was a great race, Shame about stoner but very entertaining. That Ducati paint job was very nice
Just one thing what cc is Haydens bike? I thought it was 990 like the other hondas but a few things the comentators mention made me think he is running an 800cc machine. If that is true he is doing really well imo. |

Stoner was very lucky, if that had mugged him he would have been in big trouble.
It was a spectacular crash, just shows the massive amount of energy involved in cornering a GP bike. |

I really enjoyed yesterdays race. Close racing, Rossi not disappearing off into the distance. Overtaking, running wide. You could see how hard everybody was trying. How on earth Sete stayed on that bunking bronco of a bike is beyond me. I felt a bit sorry for Loris. I wandered what woudl have happened if he had made a better start. He said afterwards he used his rear tyre up to early making up for his poor start. Oh and how nice did the Duke's look in that paint scheme Another disaster for Colin Edwards though

Does anyone know what the differences are between Haydens RC211V evolution and Pedrosa's machine ? Is it an all new machine or just some new bits ? |

As for Rossi, I could swear the guy dropped to fifth just for fun, as it looked so easy for him to get up to the front again... Also felt sorry for Loris, I wouldn't mind if he won there really. |
