Pity the customer is always right - even when they are thoughtless a55h0les who can't tell the time and think that other people on on the planet just to pander to their wishes.

If it was my shop I would certainly ask them to pop back tomorrow. I'm constantly amazed by the behaviour of people. Some are just unpleasant, and we give them as good as we get, in a polite way. Others seem to be in their own little world oblivious to anyone else, it's not deliberate, just inconsiderate.
On the other hand we have a lot of nice customers that bring us in treats.

Risotto, made from Christmas leftovers. Delicious but it takes 45 minutes to make and 4.5 minutes to scoff.

Missed a 20% off ebay offer, was valid until 6pm and I didn't check mail until 8pm. In the words of James May, c0ck.

Lady Poppy was equally annoyed when she missed the same offer in the same way.

Bought a Wacom intuos graphics tablet with some Xmas money. Works fine in windows 10 and MS apps, but doesn't work properly in Photoshop elements 14. I could select items and other dialogues but could it draw a line.....no.

Lots of faffing but eventually got it working by switching off Windows Ink in the Wacom settings.

Pressure sensivity still not working though. More faffing to come.

Also outlook no longer wants to sync mail with BTinternet's servers. Argh!!!!!

Daughter had one last year, she found it a faff to use. I haven't gone into the setting to see if I can improve the sensitivity etc

I had one many years ago. It worked straight out of the box. No setup, no updates to download and compatible with everything.
