Re: The Org Bar, Pull up a chair and share. What're you drinking?
I'm now having a bottle of Ayr Brewing's "Somerset Boab's Black and White". Known round here as "A Boaby".
Probably not something you can get everywhere but, if you've never had Boaby before, you should really try it at least once. You might like it. A dark beer, strong liquorice aftertaste. A wee bit gassy. Short lived head. Quite nice though. I was pleasantly surprised with my first mouthful of Boaby and it hasn't disappointed since. |

Now onto Ayr Brewing Co's Jolly Beggars Amber Ale.
Notes on the bottle suggest a "floral nose" and they're not kidding. Won't be so flowery in the morning I'll wager. |

The Org Bar, Pull up a chair and share. What're you drinking?
OK after the earlier post about whisky advent calendar I decided I might just assemble my own, select key ones I like for 10th, 15th and 20th and then my glenfarclas 1981 present from my sister for 24th. The other days to be randomly shuffled by my wife
With the current selection I could (without duplication) start on November 19th but think I'll trim the selection down to the traditional 24. Rather than sober for October it's more drunk for December
