I visited an engineering company in Luton a few years ago to pick up some work, I went out lunchtime to buy a sandwich and thought I had been in doctor whos' time machine and been taken to a middle east / asian country - I was the only white face in sight, same with huge chunks of the UK these days, every town seems to have a mosque ( paid for by saudi 'mosque building fund' ) - same in parts of Birmingham, Wolverhampton and many, many other towns and cities throughout the UK - when you feel like a total stranger in your own country it is time to take a look at what is happening, and who let it happen...... if you don't you are just a sleepwalker, allowing for the situation to carry on. Certain 'faith' schools in UK are dividing up the girls from the boys, apparently OK by their religion but totally against UK law, but these people think they just carry on with their own laws and ignore our statute book. It's all going to end very messily indeed...

This is a totally different situation than exists in the US although every large city has always had neighborhoods of different minorities. So while you agree with Trump's message and tactics it may be a better solution to your problem than it is to ours. Most of his rehtoric is not based on fact but aimed to keep his base of supporters stirred up. But if you think he has the answer, feel free to take him. Most people here would be thankful!!

Sounds like water getting into a cable joint somewhere.

Gripe of the day - What is yours?
I'm betting they will say I need a new hub.
Checked all my connectors, but it's not them. Doesn't matter what the problem is they always say it needs a new hub. It rains, we lose connection. I suspect Friday will be dry when the engineer arrives and all their pits will be empty of water. 0.2 meg downstream. 5 meg up. Ping 20ms. Jitter 350ms. I think you're right. Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
I had a problem like that a couple of years ago. In my case the junction box at the top of the pole serving my house was crumbling with old age.
