You can break your back at work helping out, as long as you remember 'you are only as good as your last f+++ up'. Some managers like an easy life, and will take everything people give, but when it comes to defending employees against criticism from above some managers look to their own careers and hang them out to dry.

Lol... ain't that the truth! Only just realised how hacked off I must have been when I posted that ... it was meant to go in the 'gripe of the day'.

Made an adjustment to my insurance and they gave me £21 back. No admin charges. First time that has ever happened to me. I was expecting to pay at lease £50 to £80 more for the adjustment too.

that would be your frequent usage discount because you change bikes so often

You accrued a stamp for the last 9 changes when they charged you.
This one the 10th was the free cup of coffee.

They've never charged me an admin fee when I've changed bike either.

That's because they don't charge Admin fees at all - only the cost of the change (Bike, Address, Job etc)

I heard that before I took out the policy, but didn't actually believe it. I thought they'd get it insome other way like hiding it in the cost of the new changes you make. But when you get a refund for changes they can't be.
