Re: Vintage film cameras
Are they yours? The Kodak Brownie on the far right in the last pic has its faceplate on upside down!

Re: Vintage film cameras
A few old beasts there!
Fixed the RF vertical alignment on the Contessamat, broke a meter wire in the process, have fixed it but need to check it in daylight. When the vertical alignment is off, it can be hard to focus because when the RF spot is in the right place, the spot still looks fuzzy because there are still two images, so focusing on anything but a vertical edge is slowed down somewhat. |

Re: Vintage film cameras
Hope you can save the meter, you might get round to shooting it this year! The OM1 arrived for spares, the lens has fungus and I can't get it apart to clean it. The body is in good nick, needs a clean but has a good prism. The only thing wrong with it is the shutter speed selector inner needs replacing. I would need a donor body to do that though. I took the rewind crank and put it on the OM1n as planned.

Re: Vintage film cameras
It's mucking around this morning, need to have another look, am sure it was basically okay when I first got it.
Yoko, bit further north than you, also not sure what it is? https://www.gumtree.com/p/video-came...ra-/1308681548 |
