Do as many cardio exercises as you can, winding it up a week before you go. Just get running/cycling/swimming without overdoing it.

Do the lamp post training.

Find a long road with lamp posts on it, sprint to the first one then jog to the next then sprint to the next and carry on like that.

That will soon get you fit.

I tried to get fit for the raf when I was unemployed,just about got to their benchmark...then got offered a job and thought **** this
Half wish I had now but I never found much info on it, if everything goes tits up with this recession I may be tempted to sign up.

ICT tech... Well supposed to be, I havnt worked on IT in work for 2.5 years

A lot of running is all you need really. You got to get to level 9.10 on the bleep test, but its no normal bleep test, you start out at a fast Jog and finish at almost a sprint (at least for me being a short ****)

Naa. Don't bother... unless you don't like living your life. And I don't mean in that you might be killed, I mean you wont have a life, well unless you consider going out and getting "Sh!t faced" as living.

Yeah I was going to apply as a ICT tech, fair play then I'll avoid it! Although to be honest that's all I do now. My mates a are all away at uni so I just get ****faced from time to time visiting them.
