Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
Got drenched yesterday as the rain started as I was on a ride out. The 'waterproof ' gear performed as expected and I had to change out of wet underwear back home. The Oxford Rainseal gloves kept most of the water out but are still drying out! (and I missed the really heavy downpour eating fish and chips while sheltering under an archway at Pateley Bridge) I would carry my plastic rainwear in the top box but then I can't fit the helmet in when I go for a walkabout.

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
I suppose I could do that but then it's more stuff to carry around when leaving the bike parked up - or fit lockable panniers . In summer I would really like to be able to leave all bike gear locked up on bike and then go for a hike in countryside.

Or a lockable back box as on my Cub. Never had a problem leaving it anywhere, although the lock part is pretty flimsy.

It does, but the minimum wage for an apprentice of any age is significantly lower....

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
I've owned the Street Triple for over a year. That's something of a recent record for me owning a bike for that long
