doesn't running wreck your knees though i used to do a bit but gave up for cycling and walking.

Foxy - Get out there it is perfect weather out there cold, crisp and sunny.
Just did 11.75 miles interval run. In the middle of Greenwich Park am now back at my desk for a Pot Noodle! |
