Ah I see, I thought I'd seen something like it with a flying cable release. I vaguely remember when I was a teenager, a guy at the astronomical society had one, though I never saw it in the flesh.
You need to start your own 126 factory Kenzie!

To be honest its probably going to be a shelf queen. The shutter won't fire, the battery chamber is welded shut and the aperture doesn't respond on auto. Grr, just spotted a Photosniper kit which is complete on Gumtree down in Essex for £50 ono.

Buy it and sell the other on? Re. the Konica, all it could take it to open up the battery compartment and unjam the shutter, in order to set the ball rolling again. Oh, and some film!

Nah, I'm good. All I need for the kit is the ES body, and the filters. Put a bid in on the one on ebay so fingers crossed.

Just thinking out loud, but I wonder if it is possible to get a Zenit E and transfer the parts over from the ES. The shutter base is different due to the base release. I put a bid on the ES on ebay but its at £21 already. Need to be able to revive the dodgy ES. The leather kit arrived for the SX70 today, thought it was going to be a crisp tan colour but it looks slightly aged which is good. Will get it fitted later on.

Got the skin kit through for the SX70, looks pretty good. Got a couple of bubbles to chase out though.

Total bargain there. I've said it before but I've noticed it a lot more lately that even low end cameras as fetching silly money. Seen OM10s at around £100+ and the mju ii is still fetching £150+. Madness.

If you've got anything to sell then wait until December, I noticed last year the prices were pretty high compared to after Christmas
