My gripe today is Kevin fartface Pietersen. He's got a book out this week. In which he tears into his former teammates and coaching staff. Which is all very well but the biggest joke is when he talks about how he was devastated and broken by a parody Twitter account. In a world where so many bad things are happening, him talking about how life destroying some fake tweets were just shows how shallow and self centred he is.

Gripe can only find odd winter gloves. So I'm like Mr numb handy fist. It's raining and I'm on a bike thats more powerful than I've used for the last 3weeks.
Oh and it's cold

People unable to cope with the new average speed cameras on the M4, too many idiots bomb down the outside lane, spot the camera, slam on the brakes, then blast off again as soon as they're past the cameras, that's not how they work!

I still have a sore throat after a week, despite numerous ibuprofen & paracetamol.

If its not better in the morning, I'm going to see the Doc

Fresh hot lemon & honey hot drink is what you need. Far better than tablet crap!

You'll be lucky to get to see one tomorrow unless you've booked it! I would have to wait about two weeks for the first appointment with any Doctor!

My personal remedy is a huge single malt in a glass and a REALLY strong fresh, real coffee in a mug. Sip, swig, sip, swig. Repeat until both are gone. Works a treat!
