Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
My front tyre, rear tyres, chain/sprockets and the big 12k mile service seem to have sync'd up perfectly
Anyone got any spare money they don't need? |

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
I'm at MCM Comicon again with my daughter. I'd booked a meet and greet, on the schedule yesterday, it was between 11.15 and 12.15. Schedules now changed to 1745!

How many sodding snails are in my fish tank.
Aquatic centre/fish shops reall should do more to ensure they don’t have any. Wish I’d not bought more plants now.

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
Some cnut in the restaurant where I had dinner tonight.
He complains for at least 10 minutes to the waitress about his steak, during which time she offers to have it cooked more even have another one cooked but no none of this is good enough and he decides to keep it, eats every speck of it and never mentions it again even to his friends. He's either trying to get a free meal or just enjoys belittling waitresses. Typical Fricking American.

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
This is a regular gripe of mine, customers who don't pay on time. You don't go and do your shopping at Tesco* and expect It to be ok to "pay in a couple of days"
* other supermarkets are available

The strange thing is that's exactly how Tesco pay.

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
I used to work for a big automotive 1st tier body sub-assembly manufacturer and they used to pay 90 days from the end of your invoice month (so if you invoiced near beginning of a month could be near 120 days) - our name was mud with suppliers and us engineers could not ask for any supplier favours because of our rubbish payment terms, but most big companies seem to do it 'because they can' - suppliers cash flow, 'who cares'.
