Agreed but mix a slug of whisky in there too, it works.

Sometimes I can get to speak to a nurse, rather than the Doc, she'll prescribe over the phone.

Yep, I'm just about to give it a go, although my doc's advise was to gargle with paracetamol, which usually helps.

Yes, I'll give it a go, but usually at this stage I'll need antibiotics. I know its frowned upon, as its no good for a viral infection, but I don't get ill very often, but when I do, then it seems to result in something like this which only gets better after antibiotics. I'd rather not take anything if I can get away with it.

Thanks

Antibiotics weaken your immune system ..
Give the other methods a go first ..
Sweat it out ..

Scottish people who live in the highlands a d complain about shipping charges by courier. 'I only live 5 miles out of X why is it more'. Well they have to draw a line somewhere otherwise it will never end. Why don't you complain to the courier companies, not the people you choose to buy off!

Oh and people in Jersey complaining about shipping costs aswell and 'reminding' you they don't pay UK vat so that must be knocked off the price and keep asking ' is thatt without the vat' YES I BLOODY SAID AT THE START ALL THE FOLLOWING PRICES EXCLUDE VAT!!!! Ahhhh that's better.
