Good news: After spending the weekend in the garage the kwak has spot on:
Valve clearances New plugs Ballanced carbs Cleaned coolant filters that should now let the carb heaters work! Replaced cam cover Cleaned air filter fresh oil & filter Bad news: The coolant leak has been found to be a tiny hole at the top backof the rad, so as the pressure comes up it sprays coolant over the horn, which might be why that doesn't work  Jambo
