Autoglass finally turned up and replaced my screen. Bear in mind I live in Buckinghamshire - the guy that showed up to fix it is based in Kent! The local branch is swamped and the relief team for the whole of the southern counties is based in Maidstone. Nice chap - says he's on the road in hotels five days a week, every week of the year. He's off back home tomorrow and everyone he's met in this neck of the woods this week has said they've been waiting over three weeks, just like me. They need more staff!!!!
It would be in SmileOTD but I still think they're hopeless. Even though they did waive my excess because of their incompetence.
