Whisky anyone?
https://www.caskshare.com/caskshares/the-big-lie I sent the link to my MP, so he could toast Tory success (if there ever is one).

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
I added some truth to Liz Truss' (aka Margaret Cheeselady) campaign poster:
as she put in her early tweet: "I'm ready to hit the ground from day one" https://metro.co.uk/2022/07/20/liz-t...ning-17038078/

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
Well this is mostly a SotD with a little bit of GotD.
GotD is that I am doing my annual accounts; a job I loathe. Smile of the day is that it's the last time I will have to do them as I am now "officially" retired. Second SotD is that, having done a couple of months of said accounts, I'm now skiving in Welshpool with Mabel, sat at Coco with coffee and cake, watching the world go by. Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
Thing is, I'm on a state pension only and I have so little work now it's really not worth carrying on, so I may as well knock the paid s/employment (such as it is) on the head and do something more meaningful and fulfilling with my time.
