Can't remember how it was done last year, think it was a case of do a list on here of who was defo going, then do a block booking in advance. Perhaps I should give YC a call, I think he paid a deposit up front.

YC paid a deposit up front but he can't remember if it was one month or 2 months in advance. A month should be enough I'd think though, would just depend how busy they are

Guys, I'm going to have to pull the plug on my attendance for this weekend as I committed for a family do some weeks ago, even though I didnt realise it was on this weekend! I'll still assist in co-organising if no-one else wants to volunteer. If the situation changes, then I'll attend in some fashion although due to distance, even a day visit is looking unlikely as I'll have to be back early.

saying that, today is my first day at my new unit, So I bet they'll stick me on guard commander that weekend...

Aye Richie well it was the only bloody weekend that I wasnt working! I should have realised that my life would have been filled with something else! I've just got in from work now, hence the late posting!

Like I said, I will still assist in organising. You lot can route plan and pick TEC though
