Indeed you weren't, however the lovely Deb's and Caz were far nicer to cuddle

Ask Grinch or Bear I'm sure they'll give you a cuddle next time though.

Cheers Mark

I was planing on coming but on my self defence class on Wednesday I threw a 16 stone of a bloke over my shoulder and he landed on my leg almost breaking my knee. thank god it was only the tendon attaching the femur bone the the knee or something similar. Mark might know anatomy a bit better. and it's not torn but almost. physio on Friday morning said at least 6 weeks off training and riding...guess what I've been healing myself...no pain killers exercising leg trough the pain, and I can jog today, so might be riding by next Friday...or even still tomorrow

Well hope for a speedy recovery, though you did miss out on the group lunge.

And while I missed out on the Soho Hugs and Lunges, I did manage to catch up with Grinch and Jax at their place on the way back from Torquay and got to admire the particularly fine shed in person while munching on some VERY nice sausages and burgers courtesy of their BBQ

So thanks again Grinch and Jax
