I do it all the time , sometimes I have to get up at 5am to go to work , might work 13 hours and come home and have a couple of hours . I feel great afterwards . Sometimes I work too hard and come home and am in bed by 7pm to wake up at 5am and then I feel abysmal . My usual sleep pattern is to go to bed and grab about 6 hours and I feel like a fully functioning Human being (loose description of myself there ) . My motto is usually to never go to bed the same day I woke up .

Then again I have been spotted a couple of times on North Wales rideouts grabbing a power nap with the paws up whilst you lot plough through your evening meal , could hardly sleep through all the noise of that cutlery dinging and clanging and the gnashing of the teeth .

I work 12 to 14 hrs. a day and sleep 4 to 5 hours.
I can get by on 3 hrs... Anything over seven hours and I feel worse than if I had not slept at all.

As long as the nap is not first.
Like others I generally feel like carp after a nap.
