Had a busy afternoon today. I was going to go to the Classic Mechanics Show, but ended up playing in the shed.
Had a nightmare with wiring, couldn't get the headlights to work & after changing the whole wiring loom & right hand switch gear, found out it was the ignition switch Never mind, another thing learned, so didn't complain too much, it was just winding me up a bit after spending hours & hours looking for the wrong fault. Anyway. This is where I'm at now. I have won a set of indicators on Ebay, but they haven't arrived yet, so, all I'm needing now is a chain & sprocket kit & a speedo cable. I am so pleased with how it's turned out. I still think it's the nicest designed motorcycle ever built

This is the original Blue anodised can, didn't like it, so painted it black

Looking good. I'm sure you can put the loom and light switch back on eBay and recoup the cost.

Sold the loom already John. The switchgear is in better condition than mine, so I''m keeping it.

Here's a quick video of the old girl running.

Another video update. She lives! Chain & sprocket kit fitted today. 1st time she's moved under her own steam for about 3 years
