There were 2 dorms/14 bunks at the bunkhouse when I phoned last week. With BlueFlame in B&B, plus Amanda&me are in a twin room that means there are 11 bunks taken.

Ok, if I go ahead and book for everyone tomorrow or Sunday, is that ok? You can all just pay me back on the night, like last year.

Don't want to hold off too much longer, the bunks could be gone already- yikes! Of course, if we dont get the full 14 peeps then the price each would go up a quid or so to compensate.

Absolutely! Those on the definates list need to pay for their bunk if they have to drop out after the time of booking. Any shortfall gets covered by the rest of the group in a whip round.

Can't expect people to take on the responsibility of booking stuff for us for them to end up out of pocket.

No probs, like i said if i dont make it i'm happy to pay for the bed. Although last year i think they only charged for those that turned up but we probably wouldn't be lucky enough to get away with that again.
