Bad side you came off, another bad side your bikes damaged (hopefully it can be repaired).
Good side you not too badly hurt,
Good side you’ve got us lot to help you ( hum is that good or bad ).
Good side you’ve got the lovely Verna to look after you.

Yes there aren't the most helpful, also there is a time limit on how long they keep it for as well which varies from a week to month. (28 days sometimes)
