The is no signs at the green (The PC gestapo at Newcastle City Council are serious). May I suggest its rechallenged and it becomes the following: Cockermouth Road, Sunderland

As Beef Lane was in central Oxford I did not even consider looking for it, considering the town is the most vehicle-hating place I've come across.
