PMSL, thats so funny.
Travelling light is a skill in itself, in the choosing and in the packing.

Spiderman that was Poolewe, just past Gairloch and was absoultely beautiful and so peaceful.

OK I admit I have some minor readjustments to make on the luggage front lol. Where I trip myself up (apart from parking on gravel ) is in deciding what stuff I really do need and which stuff I might just need.

I won`t let you know how many toiletries I took pmsl... suffice to say there were at least 14 products in my toiletry bag but in my defence they were all mini size

You girls and your products

I take a can of Lynx dry, a toothbrush (or a couple of those toothbrush balls you get from motorway services if its only a couple of days) and if i think i may get luck some shaving gear.
Everything else can be bought if required or is supplied by most B&B/hotels.

i appreciate you girls need things we boys dont, like lippy n stuff but did you count that stuff in with your "products" or are they in another little bag called "make-up"
Being a boy is just so easy sometimes

Clothes wise, i take layers, lots of thin ones and a few long sleeve ones and waterproofs and if its gonna be chilly my thin thermal top and bottoms. Easy.

lol who mentioned make up.... of course that`s additional to my toiletries

For Scotland tho I took 5 vest tops (in case it was hot), a couple of longer sleeved tee shirts (in case it was cool) and my thermals (in case it was cold) then just a couple of fleeces, and a waterproof thin coat. Wasn`t really that much but just seemed to take up a lot of room
