Anyone ever hit a bird?

Ive hit a deer in my car, that was scary.

I have also hit a tiny hedge dwelling type bird on my arm at 60+ it hurt but I never bruise. The bird was considerably worse off.

Hahahaha!!!!!!

Had a baby pheasant doing 80 once, that hurt my arm a lot.

Took a pigeon out with my front wheel once too, blood and guts was not nice to clean up, so I didn't.

Yes. Broke my fairing, slightly bent my gear lever and left blood and feathers all over my boot.

Had to gaffer tape the fairing together to get it back home.

Flock of galahs at 150 kmh, warming their bellies on the highway. They take off as you approach. One hit me in the chest, a glancing blow, as I was leant forward into the wind. The others didn't get as high and my legs and bike took them. Still takes your breath away.

I hit a flying rat on the way home one night. Bounced right off my shoulder and it riccocheted(sp?) off against a wall via some pedestrians on the pavement. It sort of came round, then flew off!!

I remember Supervox shredding a bird on his Beemr. Blood n feathers everywhere!

Whehey, everyones a winner!

Didn't hit any birds, but I did dodge a couple of pigeons.. However, here's some interesting hits :

Car overtakes and a small stone gets thrown from its tires. Hites me in the arm... Hurt like hell (no leathers as they hadn't arrived yet..)

Car in front of a bike. Car driver decides his metallic lighter is of no further use to him and disposes of it through the window as said bike is overtaking him. Said lighter hits said bike at ~150kmh in the radiator and completely destroys it.. Unfortunately, he didn't get the guys plate no. and had to pay for it from his own pocket...
