and i shall enjoy reading the letter and i will change any policies as deemed necessary so that i shall never have this unpleasant experience ever again. adding to my sincerest apologies, i shall send myself some nice beer tokens to compensate myself.

Because thats not stalker-ish at all! But you do seem abit to quick off the mark to have come up with a suggestion like that.....is there something you are not telling us?

Not guilty this time, i used the birds bogs
