What sort of results could I expect from shooting a cat up the ar5ehole with it?

Have a BSA Ultra multishot, it's alright. If I had the time again I'd have bought the (also 2nd hand) logun axsor that was the same price.
It's a nice rifle, really compact, fair accurate, reasonably close to legal limit for a stock 'un. However it doesn't feel as slick as the decades old BSA airsporter I've got, and the comb of the stock is perfect for iron sights. The design of a spastic on a rifle supplied with no sights and intended for use with a suppressor... Only things I've buggered about with is adding a twink suppressor and a harris bipod, can't remember what scope is on it but it came with it, is too big an objective lens and has lots of parallax error. Don't go for bigger than 40mm... All that said I'm still happy to have a confident crack at dinner from 40 yards with it, does the job. And what you really need is to take up scuba diving too, which since you've got the air cylinders anyway makes both hobbies effectively free. Er. Honest.

Shooting a cat up the *rse with an air rifle is inhumane and should not be condoned. Shoot them in the head with a .22LR instead.

Air movements sqn at Brize norton, we did have a regular RAF regiment guy attached to the sqn but he left over 12 months and with all the cuts etc they havent found a replacement yet, still the L85 has a 30 round mag so the chances are I could probably hit something as long as it not too far off or isnt moving about or anything, joking aside as an ex regular I trained on both the SLR and the SMG and the regs defo get more training than us lot.
