It's quite a deep yellow, almost gold. A couple of people have said it's similar to the old Daytona yellow

what is the seat height like compared to a sv650? I quite like the off road shape but always mindful they might not be best suited for a the vertically challenged

It's pretty tall. I don't know the exact measurement but it's much higher than the SV

Too Tall for my short fat hairy leg's.
Like why do Bike manufactures do that.
I love the Siver 750 but need 6" heels to touch the floor

Mart, when we meet up next you can have a sit on my Baby Beemer. I bet even Hong could get his feet flat on it. Low suspension and low seat. I headed down a narrow lane on Saturday night near Ulting which was actually blocked by flooding. Had to turn around, which was about a 6 point turn on mud and gravel as the lane was so narrow, and had no problems. That would not have happened on the SV.

the Versys seat height is 840mm about 35mm higher than the SV, and I can confirm it is very near the old Triumph daytona strontium yellow (but with sparkley bits in it), and a certain lady was leaned very much over in corners after 10 or 15 miles from picking it up (Oh and smiling quiet a lot to.....
