Re: AR10 Chat
That's what we're doing Drew......it's such a big and lovely place that it will be more like a holiday than an AR if you stay for the long weekend....lol

Re: AR10 Chat
Oh....could you not sort the insurance out?
You may be able to buy a Skyjet125 off me in a month if you want that chick....for about £500. I'm going to look at it this afternoon so I can get some mileage in and get more comfortable on the road before doing my Mod 2 and being let loose on the babyblade x |

Re: AR10 Chat
It'll do 75mph and is nippy enough for a 125cc. It's a copy of the CBR125R......lots of people say bad things about them, but lots of people said bad things about Honda when they first hit the scene and within a few years, they dominated the world market! I've spent the last 2 hours reading owner reviews and spoke to my training centre and they said they are good little bikes now, very reliable, great MPG and if looked after, you get no problems.

Cherly let me talk to drew about that, as if we can afford it may be a possibilty as that way can ride that for a year before buying me an ER6 around this time next year! Would really help going back to one of those before going to a 600 |

Re: AR10 Chat
Cheers GG, may be an idea. Could be the easiest way to get Lily back on two wheels.

Re: AR10 Chat
Well, it's good in comparison to something like the Honda CG125 as the throttle is more sensitive and responsive, the acceleration is better and the brakes are much better, so closer to the big bikes than some 125's. It's still a big jump...but better to jump on a bigger bike from a smaller bike than from no bike at all. Also, if I get it, it'll have almost a full years MOT and TAX on it.

Re: AR10 Chat
I'd been looking at the CG125 it's also what I did my test on. Would want something that is closer in terms of seating etc than the CG is to the ER6.....
O Cheryl you have me all excited again! Have i said to much I love you! x |
