Metcheck is about as reliable as binkys bike.
You need to be looking on The Weather Channel and MetOffice.

On that note, please do not hold me responsible if something falls off and hits your bike.
Also with regards to the weather. Do you remember that bimble we had along that 'collapsed' road when it was chucking it down, G? I had such fun then. Just make the most of what we've got. Even if it does rain, still have a blast. Know i will.

Re: Peak District Weekend - Banter Thread
Right it's starting now, not been started since monday and it sounded like it was trying hard enough (so not battery) so I kept hold of the starter got a little cough, held it on for another 5 seconds or so as it tried (could see it chucking stuff out the exhaust) then probably about another 20 seconds worth of short bursts and it eventually started but died on idle then started and kept going the next time. Warmed it up and left it for 5 minutes and it started again first time. So dunno if it'll start tomorrow. No idea what it was, maybe plugs?

Re: Peak District Weekend - Banter Thread
Has it been out in the rain since Monday, could be just damp causing the problem

Edit: oh infact just thought of something there's a slim chance it could have been. A minute or so before I tried starting it I'd had the tank up - no way this could have affected it? doubtful, but a possibility.
