Just about to take it outside and hose the mud off, then just waiting on parts from ebay.
Headlights are the main bit before I can reassemble it, as I want to have everything there to check the shape of the subframe.
Also got some standard dog bones on the way, its been jacked up and I know she struggles with getting it off the stand. (managed to get the bolts cracked ready, actually bent a half inch drive wrench cracking the rear one!)

Good oh! I susgested to Mel she had it lowered as she is on tippy toe at a standstill, did not know then that it was jacked up. Longer dogbones will defo help her get feet on the floor and make bike less twitchy turning in.

Good stuff Chris.

The dogbones won't fit a pointy
Oh well I might have them, depending on what shock I use, I want a little more ride height to weight the front a little more.

Update on mels bike.

Its all done, even after some eejit sent me euro lights instead of UK
Then it turned out that the subframe was knocked badly, I couldnt straighten it so had to wait on a new one.

So its nearly done!

On a plus note, the shims are now right, its got fresh oil and balanced carbs, so its running sweet. Still sounds crap though, stock exhaust pah.

Now I just need a LHS mirror

It's still got "pro-tech" (probably AKA cheng-$hit) tyres on it though, which seem quite a tall profile. Bleh.

You're not keen on my exhaust are you Chris!!

No worries, I should have a new pair of tyres and louder exhaust in time for the good weather.
