Sunshine, time to cook good food and a garden to enjoy the fruits of my labour in.

Orange polenta cake with creme fraiche and orange and cardoman syrup.

Blimey, it's a hard life. I have to go out on the bike in the sun again to deliver something. Sigh....

Yeah you have my sympathy. I have had to hang around in the sunshine with handsome members of the Army, Navy and Royal Air Force cricket teams organising photos, then at 4.30pm I'm off to the MOD Memorial Courtyard, at the invitation of a Vice Admiral, for drinks. I have a really tough job some days.

Got free fuel yesterday, pump didn't register or something and because they had no idea how much I had taken they couldn't charge me. Super unleaded too, win!...

It's a good job some of us are willing to take on these demanding and difficult tasks LPH, otherwise there'd be no-one to do them!

Well after 2 glasses of wine it would appear I have invited 100 of the Coldstream Guards to have some sort of annual ceremonial photo taken on the outfield at Lord's. I may have even offered to take the picture for some soldier chap called Storm. Just the small matter of explaining that one to the head groundsman in the morning. Whoops.
