Nice! Hope you didn't pay too much? Done any scanning yet? Cleaned some fungus out of my Flek. Very easy to remove the element. I popped the bottom plate off the GS and it's latching like it should but the shutter speed remains the same. On a plus note, I found out why my GTN shutter release was blocked, had to adjust the screw from the video. It co.cks and fires but the shutter doesn't open. Going for a ride tomorrow to collect a lens. They had a Yashica FR there but not 100% sure of condition.

The OM came out at a really good price in the end.
Scanning - somethings wrong somewhere and I haven't dad time to sit down and look at it properly. I can't change the settings via the PC so there's a problem in the installation somewhere.
I should be picking up some films later today.
Don't know much about the FR. I think it's manual only but electronic shutter?? I might be wrong.

Yay, server is back up. I collected your lens JR, but missed the post. It's been sent but won't leave the office until Monday. First class signed for. The specks on the Flek are on the painted black inner and not the lens if you are wondering. Aperture is snappy and the A/M lever works . I also picked up a Polaroid Model 95a and a Canon T80 from the tip. The Polaroid is like a folder on steroids, massive and heavy. Front support bar is broken though. The T80 sprung to life with new batteries. Came with a flash, case and a 50mm f1.8.

Nice. I spent all day on work related stuff.
The scanner scans but only on low res and i can't adjust anything. I can go into properties and look at different tabs but there are no options for adjusting the scans.
Got some pics back today. Excellent results from the XG1; XD7 results are fine too but I'm disappointed with the 35 RC. Maybe it's the XP2; I don't like the way it renders and there's a lot of grain. Some of it is me forgetting to focus using the rangefinder but overall I don't think the lens lives up to the hype.

Probably an obscure setting. When I first installed it the setting was on 150 dpi. I'll have to boot the laptop up and have a look. I didn't think much of the RC either, I know mine was rebuilt but still, I would be disappointed if I paid out all that money for mediocre results. OM1 for scale.

I had a look at the software, when it's in basic mode it's locked to 300dpi. If you switch to standard you should be able to select up to about 7200dpi. If you click on the frame tab the dpi slider is at the bottom.
