Sounds like step one of "Oops" has been reached.

Well, I've actually just got off the phone with the inspector who said he'd been meaning to call RH back, The bike was taken and tested under "pace", and because of that the inspector had the money refunded. He's also coming to check the damages caused by them on Thursday morning.

Now again something that has just blown my mind, I asked what suspicions they had to pull me, and bare in mind this is the first time it has been mentioned. He said that the 2 officers were gob-smacked at how fasted I managed to pull away when they asked me to turn around. the pcs didn't mention this at the time or since... I pulled and road off as anyone would have in a normal manor... So I've expressed how I feel about that accusation to the inspector

I'm not sure what RH thinks yet as I've not spoken to him in a few days, although I do plan to call him this evening and get some more notes, hopefully to use in my defence.

he's going to be having a chat with the pc and i assume they'll decide weather or not to prosecute. as it's 36.9bhp, and that's 11% over? and the margin is 10%? He's also checking the paper work and calibration of the dyno, but surely that should have been done before the bike was tested...

how is it 36.9bhp what is on the bike exhuast ect also how is the 33bhp done is it ecu and carbs on just washers ?
