Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
I get terrible opiate itch. Every time I come round from surgery I ask for Piriton first, then pain relief.

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
You have my sympathies LPH. I get itchy with diHydoCodiene. I used to work in a plant that extracted Narcotine, Papavarine, Codiene from which we made all three Codienes and Morphine from which we made Heroin. As soon as even a tiny hint of dihydroCodiene touched my skin I was off. You cannot believe how it gets to you after only a few minutes, almost 50 years later and I'll still go no where near the bloody stuff.

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
I had to quit taking morphine by IV. Never bothered me for years but now makes me paranoid to the point I think the hospital staff is trying to kill me.
I had them put on my medical records that I'm allergic to it because that's what most ambulances administer on the way if you've been injured.

My Abba stand seems to be a strange shape... emailed them and awaiting a response.
