Re: Vintage film cameras
I read about that too and had a look at the kickstarter page. Neat idea but not cheap.

Re: Vintage film cameras
Ordered some rubber cones to fix the Mamiya. Also ordered some of these
372681362436 120 and 35mm size, got 100 of 35mm. I have some plastic boxes to store the prints but not yet used them as I realised I didn't know what I'd do with the negatives. |

Re: Vintage film cameras
I use those as well. I have a couple of double lever arched files, one for 35mm and one for 120. I just write on the date, location and the camera on each sheet. Keeps the negatives nice and flat.

Re: Vintage film cameras
This is interesting, and kind of links to those files full of negatives.
https://www.35mmc.com/09/03/2020/cre...by-barry-carr/ On the downside, it strikes me as a bit Filofax like in that you'd spend hours compiling and adding info but hardly ever refer to it again. |

Re: Vintage film cameras
Admin, just seen that The Photography Show at the NEC has been postponed due to Coronavirus.
Yoko, I have an app called Exif for film but I've never used it. I like the idea but am too lazy to use it.

Re: Vintage film cameras
No, NEC is a good two and a half hours from here. Hoping to go to the scuba diving show in October if this all calms down.

Re: Vintage film cameras
Yeah, massive con to use a small patch of tarmac. I managed to track down a 35mm adapter kit for the Yashica 635. Wasn't cheap cheap but I like things to be complete.
