Re: The MTB thread
You spawny git The one with no shock in it aye? I'm not totally sure it's a 2009 frame- it ought to have a 1.5 headtube if it is and it doesn't look like it does- but still. Daft bargain either way tbh. So what's the plan?

Re: The MTB thread
It`s a 1.5 tube with a reducer in it , He has sold me the Fox DHX RC4 shock as well , all in with postage is £475 for the lot , gonna sling my Z1 freeride 1`s on it and Hone Crankset etc and build a nice and slightly burly trail bike , the hardtail is killing me .

Re: The MTB thread
Ah, good good then... Quite a win! I love mine... I was watching that one since it's got the long rockers in, but the price went up just too high for that to make sense. Because of you! Heh, we almost ended up bidding against each other I guess.
Oh, when you get it , worth checking with Cotic to make sure the bottom pivot is assembled right, some were sent out missing a washer and that caused them to break there. Happened to the MBUK test bike :P Not the best review ever, "We liked it right up til it snapped in half".

Re: The MTB thread
This one?
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWAX:IT I saw it fiiiiiirst! Seriously though, let's not stupidly bid each other up on that one, I figure I'm probably going no higher than £100 since some of these KS's have been really unreliable, and I can't tell if that's the latest revision or one of the old s**t ones. Mate of mine had one of those, it was rebuilt, then he got a replacement, then it was rebuilt, then it got replaced AGAIN and the 3rd one was basically the same outside shell but with every other part different Very cool though, I love my gravity dropper.

Re: The MTB thread
Ooh, top tip that... You really want the remote mind, but they've got the newer version with the remote too... Can't get that here yet. Plus it means not dealing with that knut from Superstar Components. Cheers!
Definately want the remote... My gravity dropper didn't come with one, it was pants, you're pinballing down a slope thinking "I want my seat out the way right now" and you have to take your hand off the bars? Madness. Then you're groping around between your legs trying to find the little lever to give it a pull... Hang on,what was I talking about again? Anyway, apparently you can't retrofit the remote to the i900/
