Feel for you Bibs. My mum is about to have a hip replacement and her OT were no help at all. Luckily for her there is a good voluntary aid scheme in her village that can loan her everything she needs.

I worked in the largest antibiotic plant in the world. I got a call at 17.50 one evening before night shift, from the plant manager that the plant was shutting. He said "gotta go and phone the rest of your shift before it's on the 6 o'clock news". I'm so glad I didn't have to tell them, my heart would have broke.
