The good bit of Scotland's too far for too many people, that's why we had the Massacre and why we'll have something very much like it again next year. At the end of the day, it's got to be in a location that'll suit the most people. And that's not a problem, it creates an opportunity for the big regional rides, because the AR by itself isn't enough for some of us, so we get the other big rideouts to complement the main event.

I have absolutely no idea where or when it should be though. But I'll be there anyway so it doesn't really matter that much But I'd like to get a date set as early as poss, since it means the rest of us can plan other stuff around it.

aye, well I realised how far you came, when we rode up to see you lot in August. It were some 500 miles or so for you lot down to somerset

I quite fancy the seaside!.... but moderators picking is by far the best idea- we all know it is ace so we will go anywhere to it. keep it simple and make it fun ourselves. ..
