Email the photo to your email inbox. The way I do it is to send the immage as an mms message, but when it asks for the number, I can also choose to enter an email address. That works perfectly for me and I send it to my hotmail, but there's time left yet if you can use someones media card reader to just upload your phone pics to your pc.

If you have a photobucket account you can upload to there from your mobile via MMS / Email, then just post the link here like you would normally.
