Diabetics can ave sugar they just need to dose up on the old insulin (used to date one who was type 3). fortunately my pancreas works fine

I have white sugar (Xylobrit) which a natural sugar that does not need insulin to be metabolised, but I need brown sugar for the cookies.

Kuze.....I'm not sure about the ins and outs of diabetes, SK asked for some sugar free cakes for the diabetics, so just got the Xylobrit and off I went.
