Idle Banter For non SV and non bike related chat (and the odd bit of humour - but if any post isn't suitable it'll get deleted real quick). There's also a "U" rating so please respect this. Newbies can also say "hello" here too. |

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
People on Freecycle wanting stuff.
Not usual stuff, like empty jam jars or stuff like that. Just seen a 'Want' add, anybody got a Blaupunkt CD multi player for a car

Companies that lie to you.
Companies that fob you off. Companies that are dishonest. Companies that won't do what they promised.

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
People who sit in the quiet carriage on the train and aren't quiet. Like the woman on Friday who sat there jabbering to her mate on her mobile for an hour while ignoring her kid who in piercing toddler wail kept up a chorus of Mummy Mummy MUMMMMMMMMYYYYYYY! the whole time.
And people who sniff. Yes I know in summer you have hay fever and in winter a cold but that's no excuse, just wipe your nose on a tissue. Carry a hankie. Just stop sniffing aaaggghh.
