Yes of course it does. Office is still empty, unlikely I'll find an assignee in this market, so I will be operating the break clause I've got in July. So it'll be empty in April, and also at the likely MM2 date - some time in mid - late May, date yet to be fixed. It's not luxury, it's an office after all. No shower is the worst thing but you could always do that at mine, there's a bog and sink, kitchen, heat and power. I can provide sleeping bags and an inflatable mattress or two to save you having to cart them down. It's roomy, no shortage of space. Town centre location, in fact right in the middle of town, I'll have a word with Charlie and I'm sure he'll be OK on storing the bikes overnight - it's well tucked away, I've left mine there overnight no probs.

Incidentally, if I do assign it, then my new office is available, which actually is a bit better!

Yes, very welcome. Lots of space, the office is empty at the moment. I'd even turn the heating on. I discovered that we were providing free heat to the architects upstairs, so I turned it off

Please don't crash

Book me in then, bah Hovis can give me a strip wash in the sink.
