how about getting caught doing 120mph. you get taken into the back of the car and asked 'ASBO' or 'court'? my mate now has an ASBO and no points or fine. buuuuuut if he get caught doing anything wrong in the next year while driving he gets instant ban and car confiscated.

seems to have worked as he is sticking to speed limits now.

I tomorrow am going to drive (if I can get the bloody thing started) the Escort of Doom at 70mph down the A1 from Junction 61 to J56 Scotch corner and count the number of people that over take me...
as the radio has stopped working as the battery was removed and found to be goosed...
another battery was installed but is quietly charging as we speak :0) Hopefull will start @ 0700 :0)

The caption of taking a tank to the pub. You may well laugh but I have done exactly that. Can't say when or where as you never know who is looking. Once after doing a pretend war, the tanks all had to be taken back to camp on low loaders. Unfortunately the pretend war didn't finish when it was supposed to and the low loaders said they couldn't pick up the tanks until the following Monday, the day at the time being late Friday night. It was decided a coach would take everyone back but a chosen few would have to stay the weekend and 'guard' the tanks. Well after a very boring Friday night with no alcohol or TV, I decided it would be better if we were more well equipped for the Saturday night. So a tank was 'borrowed' for a resupply. Drove it to the nearest town, parked in the local supermarket car park and proceeded to go shopping. After having bought the essential supplies required we headed back. On the way we spotted a nice little place by the river so pulled into the car park and went in for a quick pint. The looks we got from people were interesting.
