I've had SidSquid advice on pre-500 miles pootling but I have gone over 60 (but the world didn't end, so all is good.)

its a nightmare running them in , but it keep s the power in the future , was lucky , i had a run up to wolverhampton planned when i got the zed,so that ate 350 of them , then u can only take it up to 7000 for another couple of hundred after that..

...and a Rictus ride , is there something you want to tell everyone

Effective running is is about loading the engine.More how much throttle you wind on rather than revs
