i honestly didnt know it was illegal to carry a drunk pillion.
i have taken pillions that have been drinking (over the limit) but still able to ride safely (as a pillion) in the past . . . but ill think twice about it now. |

It's illegal to carry sleeping pillions. They have to be supported by an EU certified harness.
