We'll be leaving around 8, and I think you might possibly be a bit closer than us.

I've been awake since 4:30

just put the panniers on the bike, realised that I don't know how to secure them properly. Setting off soon for the 8 meeting and refuel at Peterborough.

a bleary eyed Law, lol

Guess what - I'm managing to run late again!!!

I failed to get up at 7, snoozing till 7:15 instead. Showered but then found i was out of milk. Amazing how long it can take to throw some clothes on then walk 100 yards and back buy a few pints.

Anyway route now done and hopefully commited to some sort of memory (turn left at A14 for one junction then take A6003 till you hit Uppingham).

Just gotta eat brekkie, get dressed, get bike out of garage...

... bugger better get on with it hadn't I?!

Thanks for a great day guys. Thanks Law for suggesting the route - scarey but lots of fun. Thanks for Pete for showing us mortals how to ride an SV .....2 up. And thanks to Lissa for bringing the sunshine.

P.S. to Yogi.....any chance of taking my kids 2 weeks early.

We had a great day today...............not only did we get to do the B664 THREE times, but we did it in good company.

Lovely to see Law and 2mths again, and to meet BBD, Davy and Yogi.

Thanks to BBD for organising it!

The sun was shining, the roads were dry, and the sausage bap wasn't bad

So when's the next one??????
