Being told my new haircut looks great by lots of people. It's quite a change so it cheered me up to get positive comments as opposed to 'oh my God what did you do to your head?!'
I also got a phone call from a friend I haven't spoken to in ages and a huge hug from a Kiwi guy I haven't seen for a couple of years. I won't be so happy when he tears through the England batsmen this week though.

I don't like the egg whites and only eat the yolks so this is a double bonus

My smile of the day is pain pills.
No matter how bad you may feel physically or mentally, happiness, even if only temporary, can be found in a bottle of pain pills. Had a bad day yesterday but feeling no pain at the moment! Because sometimes you just have to say fek it and get a bit of relief.
